As the Executive Pastor of Worship Ministries at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, Mark has dedicated his life to mentoring worship pastors, developing worship teams, and encouraging leaders to lead from a place of spiritual health and authenticity. His experience as a recording artist, songwriter, and pastor gives him a unique ability to speak into the real struggles and pressures that worship leaders face.
